As the holiday season arrives and the year begins to wind down, I want to take a quiet moment to speak directly to you.
From the bottom of my heart—thank you for being part of the Heinrichs Homeopathy community.
Whether you’ve been following along for years, learning how to use homeopathy with confidence, or you’re just beginning your journey, please know this: you matter here. This community exists because of your curiosity, your courage to try something different, and your desire to care deeply for yourself and your family.
Every time you choose a homeopathic remedy, ask a thoughtful question, or share your healing journey, you strengthen this incredible group of families dedicated to a better way of handling health and healing. Thank you for trusting me to be a part of your life.
A Season of Gratitude

The holidays are often full—full schedules, full hearts, full emotions. In the middle of it all, I hope you’re able to find moments of stillness and connection. Moments where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and remember that healing doesn’t come from doing more… it often comes from doing less, with more intention.
I am endlessly grateful for the trust you place in me, and for the shared belief that families are capable of far more healing than we’ve been led to believe.
Looking Ahead to 2026 ✨
As we look ahead to 2026, I’m incredibly excited for what’s to come.
My mission moving forward is clear and deeply personal:to give more, teach more, and empower more moms and families to become the healers in their own homes.
That means:
More education that feels simple and doable
More support so you feel confident using homeopathy
More tools to help you trust your instincts and your body’s wisdom
I believe with everything in me that when moms are empowered, families thrive. And when families thrive, true community healing begins.
But before we jump into the New Year, we have to navigate the holidays. While this season is joyful, it can also be physically and emotionally demanding. To help you thrive rather than just survive, I’ve put together some practical tips to keep your family healthy and balanced during the festivities.
Navigating Holiday Stress with Grace
It is easy to get caught up in the hustle. Between gift shopping, cooking, and traveling, our nervous systems can take a hit. Stress weakens the immune system, making us more susceptible to winter bugs.
Prioritize rest just as much as you prioritize your to-do list. It is okay to say "no" to an event if it means preserving your peace. Creating quiet moments in your day—even just five minutes of deep breathing—can reset your system.
Homeopathy for Stress:

If you find yourself or your children feeling overwhelmed, consider Kali Phosphoricum 6x. This remedy is excellent for nervous exhaustion, especially when you feel "wired but tired" from too much excitement or mental work.
Maintaining Balance at the Dinner Table
Holiday food is delicious, but it is often heavier and richer than what we eat the rest of the year. You don't have to deprive yourself, but you can support your body through the indulgence.
Try to keep hydration high. Water helps your body process heavier foods and keeps your energy levels stable. Aim to include some bitter greens or fermented foods on your plate to aid digestion naturally.
Homeopathy for Digestion:

Overindulgence happens to the best of us. If you or a family member is suffering from a heavy stomach, bloating, or nausea after a rich meal, Nux Vomica 30c is often the go-to remedy. It helps the body rebalance after too much food, sugar, or excitement.
Empowering Your Immune System
Holiday season also mean more on your plate than usually and sometimes the risk of sickness when your immune system is challenged. You don't need to fear this; you just need to be prepared. A strong terrain is your best defense.
Ensure your family is getting enough Vitamin D and Vitamin C. Fresh air is also crucial—don't stay cooped up inside all season. A brisk walk outdoors can do wonders for your lungs and your mood.
Homeopathy for Early Symptoms of Sickness:

At the very first sign of a cold—whether it’s a sudden fever, a flushed face, or restlessness—Aconitum Napellus 200c (Aconite) can often stop an illness in its tracks if taken immediately. Keep this remedy handy in your purse or travel bag so you are always ready.
With Warm Wishes
May this holiday season bring you peace, rest, and meaningful moments with the people you love. And may the coming year be one of confidence, clarity, and empowered health for you and your family.
Thank you for being here.Thank you for trusting this path. And thank you for allowing me to be part of your healing journey.
With gratitude and love,
~ Lisa
